greatly appreciated, many thanks for publishing this adaptation for working with coconut milk, oat cream as a substitute. I hope to produce the original recipe with milk, and may't wait around to test it out, but now for lactose intolerant pals/loved ones, I am able to now confidently try out to have another choice readily available.A classic taste
